A small green dot appears on every avatar app-wide — feed, chats, profiles, directory — the moment a member is connected. Powered by Firebase's live connection signal, with no manual heartbeat needed.
Every post shows three overlapping viewer avatars and a "Seen by N" count. Tap it to open the full list — name and timestamp, newest first.

Pinned, official messages from Servants — the one place for things every member needs to see, without scrolling through the Feed.
An open discussion space — members start topics and reply in threads, separate from the fast-moving Feed.
Auto-detected from each member's profile — a shoutout posts to the Feed on the day.
Marks how long a member has served — a small, well-timed moment of appreciation each year.
Name-day and patron feast reminders, tied into the Liturgical calendar.
Members post and browse job opportunities within the choir network — a trusted circle looking out for each other.
A simple classifieds board for buying, selling, or giving away items among members.
Date, time, location + 4 petition categories
Verse, citation, body text & optional photo
Schedulable in advance, same rich format
Daily spiritual reflection, same format
Servants schedule the week's Mass songs directly in Repertoire — hymn, verse, and order of service.
The line-up publishes straight through to the SMFCC website, so members can check it before they even open the app.
Total Collected & Outstanding summary cards, a Pending Collection list, and notifications for confirmations owed.
Filter by Voice, Category, or status; export to CSV, Google Docs, or PDF — all under a single Filter button.
A running-balance summary report, separate from the main Financial tab — built for stewardship reporting, not duplication.
No proof required — a straightforward request with nothing more to fill in.
Pick from Treasurer-configured accounts by nickname (e.g. "Main — BDO"), then copy any field with one tap.
Free-text label, with an optional screenshot and reference number — never required, always offered.
Any member can upload a music sheet — it enters a Pending queue awaiting Servant review before it's visible to everyone.
No queue for Servants — and any Servant can approve a pending submission from another member.
Assignable by any Servant. Multiple leaders allowed per section — Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass — each receiving absence alerts and new-sheet notifications for their own section.
Members grouped as New, Inactive, or Active — Active meaning they've attended every scheduled event.
The member gets a gentle nudge. Their Voice Section Leader(s), Secretary, and Ass. Secretary are notified too.
Escalates further — Adviser, Instrumentalist Adviser, Choir Director, Coordinator, and Ass. Coordinator are added.
Any Servant proposing a suspension casts vote one; a second Servant's confirmation makes it two — and suspended. A reason is required, and shown to the suspended member — but voter identities stay private to Servants.
Lifting a suspension takes just one Servant's vote — a lighter bar, by design, for correcting course quickly.
Suggestions and feedback reach Servants with no name attached — ever.
Every submission lands with the Servants for review — a direct, safe line to leadership.

Members request an item — a robe, a speaker, a mic — right from the Inventory list.
Each borrowed item shows who has it and when it's due — with a nudge if it runs late.
Assign Servant titles and grant or revoke PIN-based access levels, without touching a database.
Toggle features, update announcements, and manage the version shown on the login screen.
A safety net for corrections — member records, ledger entries, and content, all in one place.
